Event Fee: $10.00 for rated under 1500; $5.00 for rated 1500-1899; FREE for 1900 and above.

Prizes: Winners receive cash: 1st place 50% / 2nd place 25% of entries received.
Format: All matches are a SINGLE 41-point game. All games will be handicap by giving the lower rated player points to start out with. For example, for a 300 point rating difference, the game starts out at 16-0. The handicap schedule is posted at http://www.usatt.org/organization/tournaments/tournament_guide/ch06_draw_procedure.pdf (look at page 6.9).
Overall format will be round robin.
